The error "Invalid Credentials" refers to your roster password, meaning it has either expired or it was changed recently. Since the app does not pick up automatically on this, you have to re-sync your account by typing again your roster password on the Settings page.
If you have recently subscribed to our service but the banner is still visible, kindly access the SETTINGS section and select RESTORE PURCHASES under the Payments category.
In case you encounter the issue of the CALENDAR page being stuck at Update Initiated, please log out and log in again to your account. This should resolve the issue in most cases.
The process of Background fetch occurs once every hour on Android devices. However, on iOS, it is not feasible to determine the frequency as Apple regulates this to conserve battery life.
To remove a friend from your account, please navigate to the FRIENDS page, click on the icon present on the top left-hand side, select the friend you wish to delete, and then choose the option of DELETE.
If you have switched from an Android device to an iPhone, please note that Google Play and App Store are distinct environments and do not interact with each other. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer subscriptions from one platform to another. Hence, you would need to subscribe again on the new store to access premium features.
To cancel an active subscription on Android, please access the Play Store - Tap Menu - Subscriptions option, select the relevant subscription, and cancel it. If the app is removed from Google Play, any future subscription will be terminated, but past subscriptions will not be refunded.
To cancel an active subscription on iOS, open the Settings app, tap on your name, select Subscriptions (if you do not see Subscriptions, select iTunes & App Store instead), enter your Apple ID and sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and then select the relevant subscription to cancel it.
Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, it's not possible to directly change the email address associated with your account. The email address serves as a unique identifier and is deeply integrated into the system. However, you can delete any current account and then create a new account with the desired email address. Once fully synced click on Restore Purchases so that the app check for active subscriptions.
To seamlessly export your duties to LogTen Pro, navigate to the Calendar page for the desired month. Look for the LogTen icon positioned in the top right-hand corner of the page. Alternatively, for individual duties, you can access each flight and utilize the LogTen icon, also located in the top right-hand corner of the page, to export specific entries directly to LogTen Pro. This streamlined process ensures accurate and efficient integration of your duties into LogTen Pro for comprehensive tracking and management.
